As the founding principal, Jonathan provides the vision and leadership for all design projects at Life Studio. His extensive design and construction background provide him with the innovative and technical tools to dream big and design holistically. Focused on how design can powerfully enhance people’s lives, Jonathan lays the foundation for Life Studio to collaboratively transform the dreams of clients into beautiful, functional, and meaningful spaces. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s of Science from The University of Cincinnati and Master’s in Architecture from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Alex’s portfolio showcases diverse work with projects in the mixed-use, residential, civic and workplace sectors. He provides a positive, well-rounded focus on all project phases. Alex is passionate about finding design solutions to elevate user experience and client objectives. Alex earned a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s in Architecture from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Interior Designer
Batsheva began her career working on the design team for two distinguished construction companies. Her practical experience along with her interior design education allows her to approach the design process from a uniquely sensible and creative lens.
She has a special passion for furniture design and music, playing the piano, saxophone, and guitar.
